An Electro mechanics and  thermodynamics system distributor requested to add 5 stories to their one floor building and adapt the structure looks to the adjacent high tech design the neighborhood transformed into.

We designed a shell that consists of Aluminum and Corten Steel that is unique for the specific urban scenery.

​

The shell is one solid structure which is delicately perforated, enabling climate regulation with Mashrabiya looks. This creates changing shadows along the building.

The holistic elegant shape flows from shadings into an open balcony that can serve the tenants for breezing and relaxation time.
